Complete this form to join us in Peru for our Reclaiming Value: Sacred Valley Design Immersion, taking place June 23-27, 2025.
We are offering an exclusive rate of $4,500 to individuals that joined us for the Leadership Amidst Rapid Change event at Smart Design on April 15, 2025.
The full rate for immersion participation is $5,000.
Upon completing this form, you will receive immersion waivers and an invoice for payment. Reservations are not confirmed until this application form is approved and payment is received.
Cancellations will be accepted with a 50% reimbursement through April 1, 2025. Cancellations will not be refunded after April 1, 2025.
Reservations include lodging, food and drink, and transportation throughout the four-day experience. Airfare is not included.
