IMMERSIONS
Since 2015, Murmur Ring has designed immersions to help organizations advance their strategic goals.
We bring together intimate groups of 10–30 leaders for single- or multi-day programs, curated around specific organizational needs. Through site visits with creative leaders, exposure to new practices and perspectives, and facilitated discussion, our real-world learning experiences offer participants direct contact with new ways to approach complex challenges.
By learning through direct experience rather than relying solely on presentations or familiar frameworks, participants challenge assumptions, make unexpected connections, and see familiar problems differently. Our model moves people from experience to insight, expanding their understanding of what is possible and helping them identify new approaches to their work and the systems they influence.

Murmur Ring develops strategic storytelling and custom editorial and visual media that connect organizations to the people, ideas, and cultural contexts that matter to them.
We work with clients from early concept development through production, identifying the stories that best communicate their mission, values, and impact. Through authentic, human-centered narratives, we help organizations bring their brand to life and build meaningful connections with new and existing audiences.
